This year’s SHOWMANSHIP JUDGE for THE MOOSTERS is:
JONATHAN RYLAARSDAM-
Jonathan Rylaarsdam is from Winchester, Ontario, where he farms alongside his family under the Delcreek prefix. Delcreek is a two-time Master Breeder, internationally recognized for breeding numerous animals nominated for All-Ontario, All-Canadian, and All-American awards.
Among Jonathan’s proudest accomplishments are breeding Delcreek Fatal Attraction, named the Unanimous All-American and All-Canadian Senior Calf in 2011, and Delcreek Plead the Fifth, the All-Ontario and All-Canadian Summer Calf in 2025. Delcreek has earned an impressive herd classification of 40EX-44VG-7GP.
Jonathan has judged numerous 4-H shows across Ontario, Quebec, and the United States, as well as county shows throughout Ontario and the U.S. In 2024, he had the honour of judging showmanship at the Holland Holstein Show in the Netherlands, followed by judging showmanship at World Dairy Expo in 2025. In 2026, Jonathan will be the associate judge for the TD 4-H dairy classic, followed by the official judge in 2027.
